Registering

Please go to http://halcyonproducts.com/register to register.  Please enter the following information:

• Name*
• email*
• Company name
• Title
• Password*

*Required field.

NOTE:  You must register to view pricing.

Quoting

The quoting option is a unique feature that allows you to get a formal product price quote from Halcyon, estimate shipping costs and then email that quote with a message to others in your organization to gain approval for the purchase or for budgeting reasons.  

To use the quoting feature just follow these steps: 

1. On the product page select the 'heart' icon (see picture below)
2. Once you select the product to quote you will be taken to the quote page.  On this page you can:
   1. remove items
   2. add quoted items to shopping cart
   3. email quote to someone
3. For estimated shipping please contact Halcyon Products or use the estimated shipping feature in the shopping cart.  

Ordering

To order products please follow these instructions:

1. On the product page select 'Add to Cart'
2. Once you select the product to order you will be taken to the order page.  On this page you can:
   1. remove items
   2. continue shopping
   3. receive estimated shipping (Note:  U.S. mainland only (excludes international addresses and Alaska and Hawaii)
3. Once you have completed your shopping just click on the checkout button at the bottom of the page.
4. During checkout you will follow these steps:
   1. enter billing address
   2. enter shipping address
   3. review shipping method
   4. you can pay with credit card or purchase order.  If you select the purchase order option please list the P.O. number you would like to use
   5. confirm your order
5. A copy of your order will then be emailed to you.  The order will also be listed on your order page (halcyonproducts.com/order/history).
